Candid Magazine announces American actor, musician and singer-songwriter, Alex Wolff as its cover star for its fourteenth issue – The Art Issue.
At just nineteen-years-old Alex Wolff has been honing his crafts on small and big screens for nearly a decade and now talks to Candid Magazine about the challenging new role that puts him into the mind of a notorious young terrorist in the upcoming blockbuster, Patriots Day where he works alongside Hollywood’s Mark Wahlberg and Kevin Bacon.
In this issue, Alex divulges why he thinks talking about art can sound pretentious, how playing the role of a “horrible human being” was quelled by a special visit to his trailer from an A-lister, why living in New York is better than getting lost in the ‘Hollywood scene’ and the hysterically inventive jobs he might be doing if he was not acting.
The issue also serves as an introduction to some of the most talked about creative newcomers, including China’s next generation; it explores Warhol-approved hotels from Cape Town to Denver to Lech and presents a time capsule of the new American president from some of the best artists in the world.
Candid Magazine Issue 14 will officially launch over London Fashion Week Men’s in January at a star-studded rooftop party in Soho. It will be available worldwide from the start of London Fashion Week Men’s through top-tier bookstores, newsagents and specialty stores. The magazine can also be pre-ordered via the Candid Magazine store now.
Alex was photographed in New York City for Candid Magazine by Kreerath Sunittramat, with creative direction by Andy Salmen at The Wall Group, grooming by Melissa Dezarate for Exclusive Artists Management using R+Co, and production by Torraty Singanipar.
Enjoyed in over twenty-two countries including the USA, Canada, the UK, France, Germany and Australia, Candid Magazine is a FARBLACK Limited brand – a portfolio company based in London with creative, historic and natural holdings across the United Kingdom and North America.
