Itineraries of Taste Project at Harvey Nichols

S Pellegrino is bringing a pop-up with a difference to Harvey Nichols this summer.
The terraces of this world-famous department store will be transformed into convivial Italian piazzas, where Italian cuisine is served for those who appreciate the finer things in life. The mastermind of this project, S Pellegrino has been a purveyor of Italian culture and style since 1899, delivering a refined range of mineral waters, non-alcoholic aperitifs, drinks and iced teas.
Five Michelin-starred chefs will be working on the Itineraries of Taste project. Over a ten-week period between July and September, guests will be invited on an exploration of the best in food, style and design from across the world at Harvey Nichols in Knightsbridge and Edinburgh.
The culinary journey into the world of gastronomy will include industry greats such as:
Claude Bosi: Having perfected his culinary skills in top Michelin-starred restaurants in Paris, Bosi now owns the much-loved Bibendum. He will be bringing his refined, classical cookery skills to diners on Tuesday 18th July.
Chris Denney: He has lived in Italy for a year and work with the great Enrico Crippa at his triple Michelin star-winning restaurant Piazza Duomo. His strong belief in seasonality and creating light, rustic flavour combinations means his showcase on Tuesday 25th July will be popular.
Lee Westcott: Having worked at Noma, Gordon Ramsey at Claridge’s and Per Se, Lee is a fountain of knowledge about modern, eclectic cooking. He has been awarded three AA rosettes for his popular restaurant, Typing Room and he will be bringing his signature style of European cuisine to Harvey Nichols in Knightsbridge on Tuesday 1st August.
Marianne Lumb: MasterChef finalist Marianne Lumb has been impressing diners long before her appearance on the show in 2009. From a humble food background as a butcher’s daughter, she has risen to the top fifty of The Sunday Times Top 100 with her restaurant, Marianne. Her championing of top-quality seasonal produce will be very much in evidence on Tuesday 8th August.
