Taking notes from her effortless and energetic beauty, which was so captured on her numerous summer vacations to France’s renowned beachside village, Kukhareva’s collection epitomized the 60s with matching headbands, white-rimmed sunglasses, and quirky accessories. The girls strutted down the runway with an upbeat Beach Boys-type soundtrack, bouffant hairdos, and giant gold-hooped earrings.
Kukhareva’s stuck to her knitwear roots, and provided a collection of finely knitted jersey’s in the form of maxi-dresses, wide legged pleated trousers, shift dresses, and swimsuits. Her fabric patterns were based on basic geometric shapes such as hexagrams, mosaics, and bird-wing scales. Keeping her theme strong, all her heels and wedges sported matching fabrics and colour combinations.
