Sanderson Wellbeing: An Integrated Approach
June 8, 2016
It’s Worldwide Wellness Day on the 11th and one of London’s treasured hotels, Sanderson, has teamed up with the best health experts in the industry to launch a wellbeing package to prime the body and mind for summer.
The Sanderson Wellbeing package is the hotel’s integrated approach to combine wellbeing and fitness. With renowned, leading, integrative health and nutrition coach, Karen Cummings-Palmer advising on nutrition, Annee de Mamiel focusing on body and mind healing, and personalised training sessions with Jamie Baird; Sanderson’s Wellbeing Package is a must this for this season.
Curated by Karen, the Wellbeing menu is designed to feed and fuel bodies. Concentrating on multi-tasking ingredients, the menu includes a protein-rich teff probiotic bowl, a Vitamin C-packed Seaweed Super Salad, which aims to enhance skin luminosity and increase energy levels, while the matcha will boost both your mood and metabolism.
Following the huge success of Sanderson’s room service Nourish menu, the new Wellbeing menu will be available exclusively via room service and through agua Spa.
As a certified health and nutrition coach for agua Spa at Sanderson, Karen will be offering her Check In, Check Up sixty-minute health consultations and follow-up Skype sessions, as part of the Wellbeing Package. Both residents and non-residents of Sanderson will be able to book this exclusive consultation.
Proud new resident of agua Spa at Sanderson, Annee de Mamiel, is offering guests the opportunity to experience her brand new, pollution-proof Atmosphériques collection. Designed over five years, guests will be treated to the de Mamiel Elixir Experience – a sixty-minute treatment that has been specially created to combat the damaging effects of environmental stress and rejuvenate the skin.
Available from 23rd May, guests who sign up to Sanderson Wellbeing can enjoy an overnight stay for two people with a complimentary room upgrade (subject to availability) and a sixty-minute de Mamiel Elixir Experience.
The package is priced from £745 and is available until 31st August 2016, based on two people sharing a room and one person partaking in the nutritionist sessions and Elixir Experience.
Sanderson’s Wellbeing Package is part of the wider Morgans Hotel Group Wellness initiative which has launched in all their properties around the world.
The Wellbeing initiative includes a brand new mindfulness colouring book for adults – the first of its kind ever created by a hotel group.
Following extensive research, colouring is believed to contribute to wellness, quietness and mindfulness. The colouring books and pencils are available in all of the hotels and feature pages comprised of the hotels’ iconic design elements; created in collaboration with illustrator Peter Arkle.
